Confidence Coaching
Embark on a transformative journey with me as your Coach! In each coaching session, we’ll blend the art of introspection with practical coaching techniques to work through personal roadblocks and help you illuminate your own path to a life filled with authentic joy and unbridled confidence.
Coaching sessions are done via Google-meet
All of my services require a one-time 30-minute discovery call to get started
The Process
Step 1: During our 30-minute discovery call we'll do a rapid fire intro into the good stuff – where you’re at and where you want to go. You get to ask me questions, and we’ll see if we’re a good match for each other. It's like a coaching blind date, but way less awkward!
Step 2: Once we’ve said ‘yes chef’ to one another, I’ll send you a link to book your first session and the wheel of wellness exercise, which we’ll dive into during our first full 1:1
Step 3: In our first full session we'll unravel the mysteries of the wheel of wellness, laugh a little (or a lot), and start to chart a course for your epic goals. Get ready to shine superstar!

One (1) Session: We’ll mind map potential resolutions to a pesky roadblock you’re facing
Cost:
30 min discovery call: $50
1 Hour session: $125
If you choose to move forward with the session, the $50 from the discovery call will go towards this session
Session must be done within a one month span

Four (4) Sessions:
This is a short-term collaboration where we’ll identify road blocks, habits, and goals to help you be energized with your aspirations.
Cost:
30 min discovery call: $50
Four (4) One (1) Hour sessions: $500
If you choose to move forward with the sessions, the $50 from the discovery call will go towards the package
All sessions must be done within a two month span

One (1) Session: Have a job interview coming up? This prep session is like a power-up for your confidence. We'll turn tough questions into your best anecdotes and craft a charismatic elevator pitch. Less stress, more success!
Cost:
60 min session: $125
Session must be done within a one month span

Workshops can be custom to what you’re looking to do with a small group. I can lead a group as big as 30 people.
